“Read this Top Secret MLM Report BEFORE
You Join Any Network Marketing Business!”

Find Out What Danger Signals You Should Watch For
And What Any MLM Opportunity MUST Have
Before You Should Even Consider It.

This Is The Report that most MLM companies do NOT want you to read. This information is not easy to come by because most MLM companies and even so called MLM gurus and top distributors just want to make as much money as possible. They don’t care about you or any of the other regular people who are trying to get a second income stream going.

Most companies and top distributors know that almost all of the people they sign up will drop out within a couple of months when they don’t succeed. Their solution? Rather than make changes so more people can make money instead of just the top people, they create more and more effective ways to sponsor larger and larger numbers of people. Sure, this helps the “gurus”, make zillions of dollars which is turn helps them sponsor zillions more people. But it doesn’t help regular people like you and me achieve our goals.

Out of the thousands of Network Marketing companies out there, how do we know how to tell which ones are good and which ones are bad. How do we know if a company will truly give us a chance to create an additional income for our family?

This is where I can help...

My name is Steve Mitchell. It took me many years of time and many, many thousands of dollars, but I finally learned what to look for in an MLM and what to stay away from.

Why should you listen to me? Well... I tried to make MLM work for me for many years, and failed many times. But, when I finally put it all together and figured out how to make it work, I quickly started making a six figure income from Network Marketing and have continued doing so for over ten years now. There is no reason that you can’t do the same. This report lets you in on the secrets that took me years to figure out.

I’m not going to insult your intelligence by listing a bunch of obvious scams like gifting programs, or just tell you the obvious red flags to watch out for. What I'm going to give you is the real meat and potatoes... I am going to tell you about the most important “MLM danger signals” that I learned through years of trial and error, and I will explain why these signals should jump out at you and make you run in the other direction. Hopefully, I can help you waste less time and money than I did.

Here are the danger signals that should bonk you on the head...

Danger Signal #1

The company is under 3 years old.

Do not join any company that is not yet 3 years old. Yes, they may have the latest greatest marketing plan, the hottest trademarked super duper product, and they may have the best software and top MLM expert guru as their CEO. But, the fact is that over 80% of new MLM companies fail in their first year and over 95% fail in their first three years. There are so many factors that go into making a company successful. Taking a chance on a company in it’s first three years, is about the same as going to Las Vegas and playing the slot machines. There is a slight chance that you’ll come out ahead, but do you really want to take a chance with your families future. Network Marketing is all about residual income, and it only works if the company you choose is still around in the future.

Look for a well established company that has been around for more than three years, preferably more than five or even ten years, but these are VERY hard to find.   This kind of company is far more likely to still be sending you checks in ten more years. If you choose a really stable company and work hard, chances are you will be able to work for a year or two on your new MLM business and make more money than your regular job. Many people quite their regular job at that point. Then after a few more years you could be ready to semi-retire or at least cut way back on the hours that you work in your MLM business.

Danger Signal #2

Automated powerline systems.

Don’t waste time and money joining the latest automated powerline system which promises that you don’t have to do anything because your business is built automatically for you. Big numbers of people come into these systems, and big numbers drop out within two months when they realize that they have to do something or it will not succeed. Any system or compensation plan that attracts people that are not planning to work, is doomed to failure since 99% of people will do nothing.

You should be looking for an MLM company that will reward distributors well for working hard. Then, you can focus on building a business without working hard just to replace the people who have quit.

Danger Signal #3

Matrix commission structures.

It is best to avoid matrix compensation plans for the same reasons as powerlines: people come into the program expecting “spillover” from their upline. It is very simple - any plan that makes it possible for someone to make money without working, will attract people who don’t work. In this type of program you would not only have to build your front line of distributors, but you would have to build the front line of all the people below you who are doing nothing. This can get very tiring in a short period of time, and no matter how hard you work, there is always a majority of people in your organization doing nothing.

Danger Signal #4

Australian one and two up plans.

This type of compensation plan is similar to the binary plan in that you can do a lot of work and get paid nothing for it. With this plan, you give away your first one or two recruits to your sponsor. Of course your first couple of recruits are likely your best prospects so with this plan you would lose them. Also, the average network marketer sponsors 2.5 people so the average person who joins a company with this type of plan, makes nothing. Plus, companies with these types of plans usually have a pretty hefty joining fee – over $1,000 is not unusual! So you stand to lose a lot of money if you join a company with this type of marketing plan. Again, you should be looking for a company where you benefit financially for every person you bring into your organization who also purchases product – especially the first few people.

Danger Signal #5

Commission plans that don’t pay deep enough.

This is not good for the same reasons as the last danger signal. You should join a business where you get paid for all your efforts. If you only get paid for a specific number of levels, i.e. 5 or 6 levels, then you are leaving a lot of money on the table. Look for a company with a payplan that has some kind of infinity or dynamic compression pay plan so it is possible to get paid on your 10th or your 20th level if you qualify and everything is set up correctly. This will provide you with great long term stable income and that should be exactly why you are looking to join a Network Marketing Business Opportunity.

Danger Signal #6

No visible promotional system.

If your sponsor, or the MLM company itself, do not have any proven easy to follow business building method then you will be forced to create a promotional system yourself. This should already be provided for you.

If the company or your upline just promotes talking to your warm market (the people you already know), then that is not duplicable – most people will not want to do that. If your upline just says, “advertise” then that is not duplicable either. It certainly wouldn’t work if all 100 of your downline for example put ads in the same newspaper every Friday.

Your upline should provide you with a well thought out simple way to build your business. It doesn’t matter if it is provided by your upline, or the company, but it must already exist. There are many lead programs or co-op programs that are simple and duplicable for large groups of people.

You must be provided with a “duplicable” method or system for both you and all the people in your downline to build your business effectively. If you are not provided with this, then don’t join the business.

Danger Signal #7

Front end loading.

A home based business should not be overly expensive to join. When you join a home based business, you should not have to fill your closet or your garage with more products than you can possibly use in the next year. You’re joining a company to use and promote their products. They benefit from you joining. You shouldn’t have to buy large amounts of products A company that is asking for a large amount of money up front, is not expecting you to stay with them for long. Hmmm - maybe they know something you don’t know. This is the kind of company that you should never join.

Danger Signal #8

Companies that have a high joining fee.

When you join you shouldn’t have to pay the company a joining fee, and especially not a large fee just to join their company. You don’t pay a company when they give you a job and joining a MLM business should be no different. Again, you are joining to promote their products, and make them money in addition to making money for yourself. You should simply be required to buy a reasonable amount of products on a monthly basis.

Danger Signal #9

Non-consumable products.

If a company has a non-consumable product then how are you going to get people to happily buy the product every month? An MLM company must have consumable products that people will want to buy every month. Members may join the company for the business opportunity, but if the business doesn’t work for them, you need them to continue buying the product because they really like it, every month.

Danger Signal #10

Companies with only one whiz-bang product.

If a company has only one product then YOU have a very limited product line to promote. If someone doesn’t like the one product the company has then you have nothing else to entice prospects with. In my opinion the company should have a minimum of 4 products and preferably at least a dozen. It is smart to be sure that the company has a wide variety of products that will interest many different types of people.

Danger Signal #11

Companies that do not take credit cards.

If a company doesn’t take credit cards, and they require you to send a money order, or even worse, send cash in the mail, then you should not even be considering this company. Do you think a company that doesn’t take credit cards is going to be around in 10 years to send you your monthly check? No way. They are either a legitimate company that will be out of business in less than 6 months or a year, or even worse, they are an illegal money game/pyramid scheme

Danger Signal #12

Companies that are only open in North America.

The way to build large network marketing organizations these days is through the internet, and the internet is international. So, the less limitations you have on where you can market the opportunity, the bigger the opportunity is. It is always a good idea to go with a company that is in multiple countries.

Danger Signal #13

Illegal or grey area programs.

This really goes without saying, but since it is so important, I need to remind you anyway. Any program that has no product, or that is paying you to sponsor and the product is a secondary add-on to make it look legal, is almost certainly an illegal ponzi or pyramid scheme. Sure, you might make some big money fast, but you also could lose big money fast and if you do make big money then you’ll be in trouble with the attorney general and they will likely come knocking on your door. And yes, gifting companies are illegal. Don’t play games with your family’s future – make sure the company you are looking into has legitimate products.

Danger Signal #14

Check the scam websites.

If the company doesn’t have any of these danger signals, then your final check should be with the scam websites. See if there is any mention of the company you are looking into and if so then did the company take care of any of the negative situations. Basically, check if they have a clean slate. www.mlmwatchdog.com is one of the most popular scam websites that you should check out.

It's a good sign if you are still reading...

If you are still with me and the company you are considering has passed all 14 of the above danger signals then what is left? Ask yourself a few basic questions. Can you relate to the products? Are they high quality products? Do the owners and management seem to have integrity? Will you get the necessary support? Imagine what you might go through if you were choosing a new family to be part of, because that is basically what you are doing.

If the company you are considering still looks good, then congratulations, you are likely looking at a good solid company which is offering you a real opportunity to start an additional income stream and greatly improve your lifestyle. Network Marketing can truly help you achieve financial freedom so don’t give up. Keep looking for that great company. Great companies exist – you just have to find them.

Over the years, I have put many hundreds of companies to the above test, and very few companies have passed. Receive my free "Life Long Business Report" on the company that I chose after it passed this test with flying colors.

I'll also give you a free subscription to my Life Long Business newsletter which will include new information and resources to help you evaluate which network marketing opportunities are trully good and which ones you should stay away from.
